EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY CLASS II SERVICE DEPARTMENT WORKER
The Village of Mount Gilead is
seeking exceptional, dedicated individual to apply for the position
of Class II Service Worker in the Village’s Service Department.
The position will work in the water and wastewater divisions.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, possess, and
maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s License. The Village provides
an excellent benefits package with the starting pay rate of $19.67
for Non-CDL with a pay increase to $20.97 after 6 months. Applicants
with a Class B CDL, the starting pay is $20.97 with an increase
to $22.95 after 6 months. There is additional compensation for
possession of Ohio EPA licenses. The Village has an excellent
benefits package regarding medical insurance and benefit leave.
Applicants that are offered employment must successfully pass
a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Interested
candidates may obtain an employment application at 72 West High
Street, Mount Gilead, 43338 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please submit applications to
Derek K. Allen, Village Administrator. Deadline for submissions
is 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17th or until filled. THE VILLAGE
