Please use the hospital’s “receiving”
entrance on the southeast side (lower level).
Services include:
Physicals (kindergarten, sport, adult)
Infant, Childhood and some Adult Immunizations (bring shot records)
Hearing & Vision Screenings
Dental Screenings
Complete Bloodwork Profile (Please do not eat
for 8- to 10- hours before coming to the event. Moderate amounts
of water can be consumed. Take all medications with moderate
amounts of water.
Mammograms
Pap tests
EKGs
Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and HIV Testing
No appointment is necessary. Participants will be taken first
come, first serve.
There are no income guidelines/restrictions.
No insurance will be taken or billed.
All services will be provided at no cost to participants.
No ID needed.
The event is sponsored by the Morrow County Health
Department, Morrow County Hospital,
Ohio National Guard, Ohio Air National Guard and Ohio
Department of Health.

Breastfeeding Support and Information
Morrow County- Planning to breastfeed? Then you’ll want
the information and encouragement that La Leche League provides.
Leaders are experienced breastfeeding mothers, accredited by
La Leche League International. Whether you are pregnant or already
nursing, LLL has something for you- tips and techniques shared
by mothers who have enjoyed a successful breastfeeding relationship.
Services available include monthly informational meetings,
and 24 hour phone help for breastfeeding problems or questions.
All pregnant women, mothers, and their babies are welcome.
Meetings are at the Whetstone Family and Children’s Center,
406 Bank Street, Mount Gilead, Ohio. First Wednesday of each
month, 6:00 pm- in the conference room.
